Premier Real Estate School provides you with the requirements and knowledge to pass your New Jersey
real estate licensing exam so you can begin your new career as a real estate salesperson or broker. As part of our classes, we also provide an overview of the main tools that realtors use including the Trend MLS system and more of today's real estate technology.

Q. What are the benefits of becoming licensed in real estate?
A. There are many various benefits to becoming licensed in real estate. When you become a real estate salesperson you will be able to enjoy the benefits of being a trusted resource for people who want to buy and sell their home. If you'd like, feel free to give us a call and we can talk more about it.

Q. I want to take the Salesperson course, what are the requirements?
A. The requirements for the salesperson course are set by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. They are:

Attend a 75 hour license class program
A 70% or more on the state exam (we prep you for it)
A high school graduate or holder of a G.E.D.
18 or older at the time of the exam
2 current forms of ID with a signature (one with a photo)

Q. How long are your Salesperson classes?
A. We offer schedules that fit into your life. We offer an accelerated 2 week day class and a 6 week evening salesperson class. Each salesperson class meets the NJ Real Estate Commission requirement of 75 hours.

Q. What is your Salesperson Class tuition or fee?
A. Our Salesperson Class tuition is $300 if you take advantage of our early bird discount and enroll 7 days prior to the start date of a class.

Q. How long are your Broker classes?
A. We offer the 150 hour Real Estate Broker Licensing Class, as required by the NJ Real Estate Commission.

Q. Can you tell me more about your instructors?
A. Our instructors are licensed by the state of New Jersey and are highly experienced in the field of real estate. They will provide you with all the knowledge you need to start your career in real estate.
